What we do
We hand-pick houses in good residential locations and refurbish them to a high standard. We then carefully choose housemates that we feel will create a friendly social mix and organise things to make life easier – fully inclusive rents, fully managed properties, fully referenced housemates. Executive quality living combined with excellent amenities in a social environment at an affordable rent. This way we create an amazing househare experience in London for professionals who appreciate their own private space but would rather live in a house with large communal areas in which to sit, chat, eat, drink and play. We are Accredited London Landlords, members of the National Landlords Association and we conform to, and in many cases, exceed council standards. We are meticulous about choosing housemates, and we vet everyone thoroughly before they move in. You can rest assured that our houses are safe and we make sure they stay that way by carrying out quarterly inspections to test smoke alarms and ensure that everything is working properly.

We know you work hard and when it comes to living expenses you want to know where you stand. So with us, there’s just one monthly payment that covers everything.
